These Terms govern the use of Odd Instincts Studio’s owner-controlled TikTok publishing workflow.
Odd Instincts Studio prepares original visual stories about unusual human and animal behavior, habits, instincts, and perception. When authorized by the account owner, it can transfer an eligible video to the owner’s TikTok inbox through TikTok’s official Content Posting API. The owner completes the final posting action inside TikTok.
You must own, license, or otherwise have the rights required for every video, image, sound, caption, title, hashtag, and disclosure you send. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content complies with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, intellectual-property rules, music rules, and all applicable laws.
The workflow may transfer only an owner-authorized Odd Instincts inbox draft whose evidence, rights, originality, technical-quality, caption, metadata, archive, duplicate, and brand checks have passed. The owner makes the final posting decision inside TikTok. The workflow never publishes directly, posts to a different account, deletes posts automatically, accesses account passwords or codes, or guarantees publication, distribution, recommendation, reach, views, or revenue.
You authorize access only through TikTok’s official OAuth flow. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, cookies, or browser sessions. You may revoke the app’s access through TikTok at any time.
The workflow depends on TikTok’s services and APIs. We do not control TikTok moderation, availability, API limits, technical failures, or policy decisions. The workflow may be changed or paused to protect users, comply with policy, or maintain security.
The workflow is provided for creator-controlled operational use. It does not guarantee reach, views, revenue, monetization eligibility, or any particular result.
